In an exclusive interview with RFE/RL’s Armenian Service Presidential Chief of Staff Vigen Sarkisian says that even after the decision to join the Russia-led Customs Union Armenia will be doing its best to approach the EU Eastern Partnership Summit in Vilnius, Lithuania, in November "with the preparedness to initial the Association Agreement with the European Union."
