Russian Sanctions Help Feed Crimean Oysters

Kulik says he has been inundated with requests from Moscow and St. Petersburg. (Video by Andrei Kolokoltsev; camera by Oleg Kamushin, Crimean desk of RFE/RL's Ukrainian Service)
