Residents of the Graivoronsky urban district of Russia's Belgorod region bordering Ukraine have been advised by authorities to temporarily leave the area, which has been frequently targeted by drones and missile attacks from Ukrainian and Ukraine-aligned forces. “I ask you to make the right decision and temporarily leave the border areas,” district head Gennady Bondarev wrote on the VKontakte social media network, adding that authorities in Yaroslavl, some 1,000 kilometers northeast of Graivoronsky, were ready to temporarily accommodate those willing to leave.
