Authorities in Armenian-populated Nagorno-Karabakh say a pipeline supplying natural gas from Armenia and passing through Azerbaijani-controlled territory has resumed operations about six hours after it was blocked. Local gas operator Artsakhgas said it is making technical preparations to resume supplies to households in the region. Authorities in the breakaway region earlier accused Baku of blocking gas supplies for the third time in recent months, accusations Baku denies.
