At least five people were killed in a bus accident in southern Armenia, the Caucasus nation’s Interior Ministry said on April 27. A statement said nine others were injured in the accident. Armenian media said the bus drove off a ravine near the village of Khotanan in the Syunik region. The Armenian website news.am quoted the ministry as saying the bus was traveling from Yerevan to Iran and that the passengers were Iranian nationals.
